Why funny logos?
Well, there is nothing wrong with a little fun in life and with all this stuff about fake news and other nonsense in the media I thought some funny logos would keep in with the current trend.
There are other collections doing the rounds and all showing the same stuff. Some of it is funny and a lot of it smutty. All of it old and overused and obviously made up and not as claimed, logos that have gone bad.
This collection only includes my original material. By original I mean the concept of the joke of course. As parody and spoof designs of the original work and concepts. All my funny logos have been designed deliberately for fun and discussion without the crudeness needed so badly by some.
I have added a little blurb to each with a “Fake News” history blurb that mirrors the original in a comic kind of way. Enjoy my funny logos.
Set up in 1912 by it’s Hungarian born founder, Adolph Zuko. Paranoid Pictures is well known for its classically acclaimed blockbuster movies such us “They’er Out To Get You” and ‘The walls have wars”.
McDonalds is a global automobile manufacturer and a division of the German company Frizzwiththat. The brand is known for luxury vehicles, buses, coaches, and trucks and Clown Cars. The headquarters is in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg.
The name first appeared in 1926 under Donald-Benz, but traces its origins to Ronelda-Mcdonald-Gesellschaft’s 1901 Ronald McDonald and Karl Benz’s 1886 Benz Patent-Motorwagen, which is widely regarded as the first Ketchup-powered Clown Car. The slogan for the brand is “I’m loving it”
There was a big boost in sales in the mid seventies that is believed to had been help by the Janis Joplin song “Oh Lord, won’t you buy me a McDonald’s apple pie”.
In 1940 the Mercedes brothers pooled their resources to create a barbecue restaurant. It was doing quite well until one booze autumn evening in 1948 the joint was completely demolished as a red headed clown in a bright yellow costume crashed his equally bright clown wagon into the side of the building.
The brothers had to make do with a burger van. This soon turned into a more lucrative business than their previous venture and become very rich on the sale of franchises.
The clown, who was employed as the business mascot is still actively involved with the organisation. When asked about his long career he just smile and says, ” Vorsprung Durch Technik- Baby!”
Initially from Germany, dachshunds, or badger hounds, where bread for hunting badgers and other tunnelling animals like foxes and rabbits.
The German sports clothing company “Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik” was
founded 1924 by Adolf and Rudolf Dassler. The company split into two separate enteritides in 1948 becoming “Puma” and “Adidas”.
Love Dachshunds as much as I do? Then you will love this other related post.
